Notes on Ted talk video:Schools are killing creativity
We teach children for the future to live in the future, so in a sense education is the future. We squander the creativity of children or in a sense selfishly use them when we should be using those skills to better the future. School is similar to a higher monarchy we teach kids to move towards jobs that we need to be done and not what the children are better at doing. It seems like there is inflation in the work field in the way of a jobs needing a higher degree than in previous years. The educational system has mined are minds in the same way we mine precious minerals.
